CLEANING STAGES

The vehicle is snow foam using a gentle but powerful foam which clings to the paintwork breaking the bond between the dirt and the surface, then washed using PH neutral shampoo using twin grit guard bucket system to prevent any stones and sharp grit onto the car via wash mitt.
Wheels are cleaned using a non-acidic citrus based cleaner and specially designed bore hair brushes.
Door shuts, petrol cap, arches and lower sections parts cleaned.
The vehicle is hand dried using deep-pile microfibre towels and compressed air
The paintwork is treated with a clay bar removing bonded surface contaminants.
All tar and other bonded contaminants are safely removed
Tyres are dressed.
Exterior plastics and door trims are dressed.

CLEANSING

The paint is treated by hand with a pre wax cleanser – to help adhesion of the sealant.

SEALANT

One layer of our preferred high grade carnauba wax is applied to the paint surface, ensuring a durable level of protection.

Interior

MACHINING

The paint is inspected and measured using an ultrasound gauge to ascertain thickness prior to a light machine polish removing light to medium swirls or a 50% to 70% correction rate, drastically improving the gloss and depth.

SEALANT

The paint treated to a pre-wax solution which removes any oils left after polishing
A layer of our preferred wax suitable to your vehicle is then applied

MACHINING

The paint is inspected and measured using an ultrasound gauge to ascertain thickness prior to multiple stage machine correction removing all swirls and scratches with the aim of delivering the best finish where possible.
All carbon fibre or black gloss trim is also machined using micro polishing machines to match the flawless paintwork.

SEALANT

The paintwork and external trim is then coated in our ultra durable Quartz 9H coating lasting 3+ Years, this toughens up the paintwork, protecting against bird lime, tree sap and environmental fallout, wash induced marring. plus super hydrophobic water behaviour which helps keep the paintwork cleaner compared to untreated paintwork.
